A power supply with 4 individually fused 750mA 12V DC outputs, which will house and charge one VRLA battery up to 7Ah capacity. Unit comes with SPCO contacts indicating mains-fail and low-voltage states and also has a tamper-switched mild steel enclosure.

Manufactured and tested in Britain, this range of power supplies has a five-year warranty, allowing installers to fit and forget. It is ideal for where high reliability is required and where companies may have long service or maintenance contracts. Typical uses include powering door access controllers, electronic door releases, magnetic locks and CCTV cameras.

Four 750mA 12V DC fused outputs

This 6A power supply can power four outputs up to 750mA 12V DC each continuously.

Mains power failure signalling relay contacts

Should mains power not be available or usable for more than approximately 30 seconds, the Mains fail relay contacts will change-over. These clean relay contacts can be used to switch equipment or signal to other systems.

Integrated UPS battery back-up function

A 7Ah VRLA battery can be placed in the mild steel enclosure and connected to the battery terminals of the PCB. This power supply will automatically float-charge the battery to capacity, providing continuous uninterrupted power from the battery if mains power is unavailable.

Batteries are not included. This unit can be used with or without batteries fitted.

Low UPS battery signalling relay contacts

If a battery is fitted and has usable power available the Low volts relay contacts will change-over and remain in the normally-closed (com to N/C) position. In the event of a prolonged mains power failure where the battery is nearly depleted or disconnected, the relay contacts will change-over to the normally open position (com to N/O). This can be used to switch other equipment or signal to other systems that the power supply is about to run out of usable power.

Mild steel powder-coated enclosures

Precision-made from mild steel and powder-coated white for an easy-clean, durable finish, this enclosure is ideal for wall mounting. The enclosure includes 'knock-outs' for cable gland entries.

Includes a spares-bag mounting kit

Each unit includes a spares-bag for the installation engineer. This kit contains useful items, such as cable glands, wall plugs and fixing screws.

Input 230V AC @ 50Hz (+/- 10%)

Designed to operate on UK standard mains power, this unit will accept a mains-powered input of 230V AC @ 50Hz (+/- 10%)
